We are looking for a talented, badass individual to fill the role of Account Manager at Hart & Highland. This role is available immediately and will be temp to hire, starting at a contract capacity. We are looking for a candidate that wants to grow and learn in a modern marketing and creative studio.

Full Description:

In the role of account manager, your main responsibilities will be managing our clients social accounts and assisting with company outreach.

We are looking for somebody who LOVES social media, cares about our clients, and wants to be part of something super rad. :) AKA you should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent written communication skills and be able to express our clients values through social creatively. You should be focused on increasing engagement on client platforms and increasing business for Hart & Highland as a whole. We want you to love your job… and us… and we want to love you… but mostly just love your job and helping companies grow through a social lens.

Responsibilities May include:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • Execute social media strategies to appeal to a target audience on each platform

  • Convey each client’s brand story correctly and effectively

  • Analyze ongoing project results and report on ROI based on specific client objectives each month

  • Curate content for social accounts 

  • Post content for social accounts based on pre-determined strategy using H&H best practices

  • Engage on social accounts daily (with a goal to grow follower base and engagement with real people)

  • Creation of daily stories on Instagram accounts

  • Answer account DMs, communicate with followers, and answer comments in a timely manner 

  • Assist in aspects of influencer campaigns and influencer seeding as needed

  • Collaborate with clients and internal team to ensure customer services and brand consistency

  • Suggest and implement new features to increase brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions to further existing social efforts

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

  • Perform client outreach for Hart & Highland

Requirements:

  • LOVES social media

  • Proven work experience managing social media accounts for brands/businesses

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic

  • Completes projects on-deadline

  • Experience sourcing and curating creative content

  • Desire to be a part of a growing team

  • Time and project management skills

Compensation depends on experience.
