Hart & Highland is a socially-focused creative and marketing studio based in Los Angeles. Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting marketing, creative, and social media design efforts for clients and Hart & Highland. This role reports to the Art Director and works collaboratively with all team members to create efficiencies and the most effective outcome for clients and Hart & Highland as a company. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for graphic design, digital & social marketing and look forward to working within a fast-paced team environment with multiple consumer brands. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of determination to meet and overcome challenges. You should be ready to take initiative, keep projects organized, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with coworkers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of design projects for clients and Hart & Highland across multiple channels

  • Brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas that align with project goals and brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with teams across Hart & Highland to develop and execute design and mixed media projects that align with client brand standards and overall project goals

  • Support with Hart & Highland marketing collateral and presentations

  • Identify any design challenges and work collaboratively to find creative solutions to continue optimizing workflow 

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to enhance your skills and creativity

  • Effectively manage project timelines, ensuring scope and deadlines are met through planning and coordination with cross-functional teams

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

  • Must have one of the following: a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with project management software is a plus (Asana, Slack, etc.)

  • 2+ years experience working as a Graphic Designer, DTC brands or agency experience a plus

  • Experience in digital marketing, email marketing design, branding, and social media a plus

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Experience with Figma, Canva, Squarespace, or 3D programs like Blender or Cinema4D is a plus.
