Before H&H, Kristen worked in ad sales at millennial focused networks, then most recently as the Director of Creative at The New York Times owned Influencer Marketing Agency called HelloSociety. While there she created and ran an in house content studio and worked on all creative campaigns with a range of brands such as American Express, Nordstrom, Wendy’s, Disney, Coca Cola, Madewell, Kohls, P&G, Fox, Fedex, Ernst & Young, Sony Pictures, Gap, Benjamin Moore, Honeywell, Covergirl, and more. While at HelloSociety, she taught herself photography and never looked back. Her 10 years of experience in digital and social marketing, along with her creative instincts, gives her the perfect combination of art mixed with science to make your campaign a massive success.

Prior to H&H, Arica lived and breathed sales and marketing for manufacturers, artisans and wholesalers for over 15 years in the world of fashion, luxury home furnishings and lifestyle products for brands including YMI Jeanswear, Michael Stars, Kensie Girl, Rose Tarlow Melrose House, Una Malan and The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. Arica finds a nerdy kind of joy in connecting a business to their audience through thoughtfully designed customer retention and lead generation strategies.
